    At Sky Valet Shoes, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience from start to finish. Once you place an order, our team processes it within 1-2 business days. After processing, shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard shipping service USPS 3-5 business days within the continental United States. For customers opting for expedited shipping, delivery can be expected within 1-3 business days. Please note that international shipping times may vary. Our high-end shoe boutique, located in Washington, DC City Center at 975 H Street NW, takes pride in ensuring your order reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.
  • How long does it take to receive a refund from Sky Valet Shoes?
    At Sky Valet Shoes, we strive to process refunds as efficiently as possible. Upon receipt and verification of your returned items, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. The credited amount will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you would like your shoes sooner, though, we offer an array of other options at extra cost. Discount Codes cannot be used in combination with SALES shoes and accessories. CANCELLATION OF ORDER WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER LESS ANY COST INCURRED DURING THE PROCESS We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If unsatisfied, you may exchange, replace, or store credit only your purchase by returning the unworn items in their original box, not creased and in original condition. Return orders to be processed. Refunds will be issued for non-sale items. So that you know, sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Shell cordovan shoes must not be creased to be eligible for return. All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. We DO NOT accept worn shoes for a return, exchange, or store credit. The return time is 14 days from the received date. If you would like to return your item other than the UPS, please ship your package with delivery confirmation and add insurance to your package. * Lost or damaged shipments are the customer's responsibility. * Some special items are not eligible for our return policy and are marked.
